Set on 35 acres near Yosemite National Park, AutoCamp Yosemite is a landscape-driven hospitality project that blends modern architecture with immersive outdoor experience. Organized around a restored lake and a central clubhouse, the site includes cabins, custom Airstream suites, and luxury tents designed for year-round use.
The master plan prioritizes dispersion and minimal site impact, with accommodations lightly set within the forest to preserve continuity of the landscape. Circulation paths are informal and meandering, drawing guests toward the lake as the social center of the project.
The clubhouse anchors the development with a clean, timeless material palette of board-formed concrete and stacked lumber, connecting the architecture directly to its natural surroundings. Large openings frame views to the forest and water, while indoor and outdoor spaces extend seamlessly to communal gathering areas.
AutoCamp Yosemite redefines luxury camping through a restrained, site-responsive approach—where architecture, material, and landscape work together to create a modern outdoor retreat.
